This EO creates a commission to review and approve all curriculum materials will be used in all schools in American Samoa for teaching Samoan culture such as samoan language, grammar, customs and traditions.

The purpose of this EO is to adopt a Territorial General Plan establishing comprehensive territory-wide policies to guide public and private decision-makers toward commonly held objectives for the growth and development of the territory, and to establish a general planning process for government and semi-autonomous agencies under the review and approval of the Territorial Planning Commission.
An Order designating the Territorial Flag of American Samoa to be used to drape the casket of the Late Senator Faiivae Apelu Galea'i during Government Services; authorizing its use for all appropriate purposes during his final funeral services; and establishing appropriate protocol for its use.

The express purpose of this Order its to establish the use of the Territorial Flag of American Samoa for all Government funeral services for the late Senator Faiivae Apelu Galea'i and those American Samoa Government officials who have dedicated their lives to the service of American Samoa through the preservation of the SAmoan culture and way of life, the promotion of local issues and programs, and the advancement of local interest in culture, education and welfare.
An order suspending fourth quarter funding from quarter funding from local and federal sources - to all American Samoa Government Departments and Agencies who fail to file their quarterly reports by the due dates established by the Director of the Office of Program Planning and Budget, as required by section 10.0509, American Samoa code Annotated.

The purpose of this Policy Statement on Grant Administration is to establish policies for the administration of grant in the American Samoa Government. The authority to issue policies and procedures on grant administration is founded on Section 6, Title IV of the Revised Consitution of American Samoa.
