Establish set guidelines by which the American Samoa Government shall give official recognition following the death of sitting and former officials of the American Samoa Government. These guidelines are by no means exhaustive and shall not preclude the authority of the Governor to order or proclaim honors for officials of the Territory not listed herein.

An Order Transferring the Emergency Medical Services Unit from the American Samoa Medical SErvices Unit from the AMerican Samoa Medical Center Authority to the Department of Public Safety, providing for Coninuity of Operations, EMS Director functions, billing and waivers, and creating an Enterprise fund for the Sole use of Emergency Medical Services Unit.

An Order Banning the Importation and Sale of all Chinese Milk, Dairy and Bulk Protein products and other food products from China as listed by the United States Food and Drug Administration.

Article IV, §§6 and 7 of the revised Constitution of Am. Samoa;

ASG Customs Division of the dEpartment of Treasury shall ensure that all products listed herein, and any others that shall belisted from time to time by the US FDA shall be held at the wharf and shall not enter into the Territory for any type of consumption for any reason.

An Order Banning the importation and sale of all toys and products containing excessing levels of lead from China as listed by the United States Consumer product safety Commission.

Banning the transportation of toys to American Samoa, and specifically for toys made of lead.

An order establishing the MAnu'a surface transportation enterprise fund and providing for its funding from revenues generated by the MV Sili, the MV Manu'atele III and any other designated surface going vessel providing passenger and Cargo transportation to the Manu'a Islands.
