Establishment of division within the Executive Branch of American Samoa Government, as an Agency to be known as the American Samoa Nutrition Assistance Program (ASNAP). They will plan, organize, direct, control and supervise the implementation of the Nutrition Assistance Program to a special group of people residing in American Samoa.
