This EO is hereby in accordance with the powers and authority granted to the Governor by Artilce IV, §§6 and 7 of the Revised Constitution of American Samoa, and the A.S.C.A. §4.0111(b)

Repeals EO 007-2017

It is the general policy of the American Samoa Government not to incur overtime or compensatory time if avoidable.
