Editorial Notes

Recovered rule amending 21.0201(b) – Aircraft Landing Charges; not included in any revisions/amendments due to fact that it had a sunset provision that expired December 31, 1991 rendering it moot. There appears to be a discrepancy between the rule numbers in the Acknowledgement of filing, designating it as Rule 03-1990 with an effective date of December 31, 1990, and the attached regulatory language itself which is designated it as 04-1990. ​Historical notes indicate the last known amendment of this provision, Rule 5-89, went into effect on August 1, 1990. Due to the uncertainty this presents, the Recovered Rule (03-1990) is included herein for the sake of posterity, transparency, and historical context, but the historical notes for A.S.A.C. § 21.0201 will remain as is until this discrepancy is definitively resolved.
