Editorial Notes

Recovered rule amending 21.0201(b) – Aircraft Landing Charges was not included in any revisions/amendments because it had a sunset provision that expired on December 31, 1991, making it moot. There seems to be a discrepancy between the rule numbers in the Acknowledgement of filing, which designates it as Rule 03-1990 with an effective date of December 31, 1990, and the attached regulatory language itself, which designates it as 04-1990. Historical notes indicate that the last known amendment of this provision, Rule 5-89, took effect on August 1, 1990. Due to the uncertainty this creates, the Recovered Rule (03-1990) is included here for posterity, transparency, and historical context, but the historical notes for A.S.A.C. § 21.0201 will remain unchanged until this discrepancy is definitively resolved.
