An Order Ameding Executive Order 006-2013 to Modify the Appointments and Membership of the Board of Directors of the Shipyard Services Authority

An Order Temporarily Transferring the Department of Corrections under the Control of the Department of Public Safety	EO #001-2026	Article IV, §§6 & 7 of the Revised Constitution of American Samoa and the A.S.C.A. §4.0111		Temporary Operatinoal Oversight, for the purpose of restoring order and security at the TCF and JDC, the DOC shall operate under the direct control, oversight, and coordination of the DPS, with the Commissioner of DPS serving as Interim Director of DOC.
An Order Ameding Executive Order 006-2013 to Modify the Appointments and Membership of the Board of Directors of the Shipyard Services Authority	EO #002-2026	Article IV, §§6 & 7 of the Revised Constitution of American Samoa, and the A.S.C.A. §4.0111(a)	Modify Executive Order 006-2013. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately. All the other relevant sections of EO 002-2011 & EO 006-2013 continues to remaind intact, unless otherwise specified.	Modify EO 006-2013such that the membership of the Board of Directors of the Shipyard Services Authority is reduced to seven (7) persons with specific qualifications, and to clarify that appointees to the Board serve at the pleasure of the Governor.
